Watch out, the “storm chasing” roofers are out in full force. They tried to take advantage of my 75 year old mom tonight, claiming roof damage from 9months ago. They are looking to only make a sale and take insurance money! Don’t sign any paperwork and don’t let them on your roof! This is the company.

We just got a new roof from Noland Roofing and we could not be happier. From start to finish it was seamless and was completed in record time. Nathan and Jose were the sales coordinators and gave us specific details about what they could do and when it would be done. Everything happened on time to our satisfaction. Kudos to Noland Roofing and their entire staff For their staff for a job well done

I needed a document to renew my homeowners coverage. I called Carol @ Nolan’s’ Roofing. She said the document was in the possession of Orange City. She then provided me the city’s exact email and the permit number in question. She was extra helpful, very courteous and it worked like a charm! Doug Q

Feb 2021 DeLand – Installing an entirely new roof is a relatively daunting and expensive endeavor, not to be taken lightly! You have to interview at least three to five different companies, which can be a frustrating task. You have to worry about whether the person who comes to your house is genuinely interested in selling you what you need… or simply trying to sell you whatever they can get you to buy. The first two companies that came out were only interested in trying to figure out how we could make an insurance claim for hail damage that didn’t exist…. one guy came out and gave us a relatively low estimate and seemed genuinely interested in helping us, but once we started asking a lot of questions he stopped responding to my emails. Then came Noland’s. They were different from the others from the very beginning. Different in a great way. Professional, honest, responsive, trustworthy and reliable. We were visited by Nathan, who in hindsight was best thing that could have ever happened to us for getting things started. He listened to what we were asking for, inspected our roof, made recommendations, and put up with several months of indecisiveness over specifically what product we wanted installed, and delays due to some personal things going on with our family. He never imposed, but he did keep in touch asking if there was anything he could do to help us make a decision. We never felt like we were just trying to be sold something, rather we felt like he was just trying to help us make a practical decision. It was either late November or early December 2020 that we finally decided to pull the trigger and sign the contract. Nathan stayed in contact with us regularly from that point on, giving us updates as to the status of the permitting and when we could expect the job to begin… Once the work began, Robby, our project manager stayed in touch with me regularly throughout the several days it took to complete the job. He sent pictures of each phase of the job from tear down to completion. Thereafter we also had Noland’s install new fascia and soffits, as well as new gutters and downspouts. I was amazed at how professional Nathan and Robby and their entire crew were throughout the entire job. There were no surprises, no disappointments, no lies. Everything I was told would happen, actually happened. There were no hidden costs, and no add-ons that were unreasonable. No one likes spending the kind of money we had to spend completely out-of-pocket to get a new roof (this wasn’t an insurance job, it was just a roof that finally needed to be replaced). But after experiencing the job and the level of care provided by Nathan and Robby, writing the check didn’t hurt nearly as much as I thought it would! Clearly, you can see that I highly recommend Noland’s Roofing, and if you can get Nathan and Robby on your team, you’ll have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Our representative Nathan was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process in detail & answered all of our questions. The roofers did an excellent job. They kept the property clean everyday. All of their staff at Nolan Roofing were polite, professional & a pleasure to work with!!!
