After going through an initial process with a few other companies my wife and I were somewhat discouraged about getting our roof replaced, that was until we met with Darrell at Roofing Pros. Very disappointed experience with this company – Incomplete scope of work – Misleading sales promises – Reinstallation broke the protective cage – Unresponsive customer service They suggested going the legal route when we first reached out for an estimate, possibly linked to a lawyer, which took over 18 months to rectify. We probably would have had the same result if we just accepted it as hurricane damage. Avoid this company! I’m still working on getting the agreed scope completed, with multiple false promises about when it will be fixed. They even suggested I work directly with subcontractors, but we don’t know who those companies are. They sent an email threatening to place a lien while work is still pending and demanding the balance payment. We also haven’t received final paper work with warranty Make sure to get everything in writing and don’t trust the sales guys, even if they promise multiple times that they can adjust once the project is done. When I brought it up, it went to his manager, who admitted it was wrong and they should not be doing that.

I am so happy with roofing pros USA!! Ken was very helpful throughout the entire process from beginning to end and kept me in the loop the whole time and was very clear and honest about everything! I was very happy with his customer service! And i am beyond happy with how the roof looks. Crew was professional and fast and did a great job cleaning up around my property! If you have roofing needs call them indeed!! There the best in Florida!!
