Alan came out prompt and on time answered all of our questions and made us feel really comfortable with our decision. He even took his time to show us options and really helped us design what we were looking to have done. This is the second time we have to used National HomeCraft for one of our projects and could not be more happy to work with them again. We highly recommend them as they are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. My husband and I used them before and we would definitely used them again. Thank you so much!

My husband and I are planning a remodel of our master bath. We had a quote from a company to redo our shower but wanted a second quote. Thank goodness we did! I had heard National HomeCraft advertise on our Talk Radio shows so decided to call. We had the good fortune to meet Jeff Beback with National HomeCraft. What a difference!! He was so knowledgeable and so thorough in explaining the process the company uses to ensure quality and workmanship. And all this without being another pushy salesman. We never felt rushed in making a decision and felt like we had a family member giving us advice. Jeff is a true asset to the company. We signed the contract and are very excited to work with Jeff and National HomeCraft!!!

I contracted National HomeCraft (NHC) to install 8 Andersen windows in my home. The windows were a bit pricey, but I felt that they were excellent windows, so I agreed and ordered them. I paid 1/3 up-front in Nov 2022. They estimated about 12 weeks, so I called in early March for an ETA and they had no clue. Finally, I got a call in April that the windows were in and scheduled an installation. On the first day, the two installers came late and only installed one window. The next day, they came and installed the rest of the windows. However, one window was not sized correctly. They said they would reorder it immediately and contact me when it ready. I waited months. I called the office several times to get an update. I even asked if the window was ordered or not. The rep on the phone had no idea and said that the manager was very busy on some commercial jobs. It was October before they installed the final window. They are terrible with their communications. I need 8 more windows and a new front door, but I will NOT be using NHC and will find a more reliable company.

Disappointed with National Home Craft of Ocala, FL 11 months ago, National HomeCraft of Ocala, FL started installing my new windows and door, we wanted to take advantage of the 12 months same as cash. The first few days went great and before the job was done they asked me to sign a release so they could get paid, I thought everything was going great so I signed, BIG Mistake! Included in my purchase was a 15’ slider which when they were done I couldn’t open or close, they sent people and finally stopped coming. We called them many times and finally started calling Anderson, they could not help, we called their supplier and after months they hired outside contractors to remove the door and install properly, finally it worked. The story doesn’t end there, there was a window ordered wrong and they said no problem we will have it replaced by Christmas, still not replaced, a 6’ slider came in had damage to the trim and told they would order a replacement piece, still not replaced, the screen on the slider is like a rocking horse, still not replaced, a threshold was backordered still not here and the beginning of August I called about a problem with the locking mechanism, still not repaired. Last week I contacted them and was told they called somebody and didn’t answer so sent a text. After 11 months, I still don’t have the correct window, threshold, replaced screen and damage trim replaced. Every month I make my payment to avoid interest charges on the same as cash and am reminded what a Big Mistake I have made!
