They did an excellent job. On the first day, they nearly completed all the work. The entire roofing replacement was finished by the morning of the second day, including cleaning. Throughout the construction process, they called me several times to address any concerns or questions I had. Finally, the project manager conducted the final inspection around noon on the second day

I absolutely love my new roof! The entire process was so easy, everyone at Certified Roofing Solutions was so informative, helpful, courteous and friendly. From beginning to end and post-completion, they kept me updated during the process and followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job. Every area of the company is well coordinated, from the sales side (Angela B.) to the administration side (Amy), to the 5 person field crew, plus the project manager (Casey) all work so well to make it all come together, which makes it a stress-free process to the homeowner. Certified roofing was the only one of three contractors to follow thru on sales after original contract was presented. Crew arrived on time and was very efficient in performance of there work Work area was prepared very well for clean up at end of job clean up was performed in Avery professional manner Fiels supervision was available to answer any questions also easy to contact

Casey and his crew worked hard to repair our roof and were prompt. They even removed a low hanging branch near the roof. Casey stayed in communication with me throughout the whole project. We highly recommend Certified Roofing Solutions.

As a Senior and a Veteran, I had to warn people about this company. I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks, it took over 14. Two different crews, first crew fired by them. The only praise I can give is to a very nice lady who worked there and helped me. She did everything she said she would do. I am very grateful to her. They didn’t order enough siding and materials 3 times. Each time another 2 weeks. Removed siding but never replaced it with the new siding. The garage door opening trim was wavy up and down both sides. This was caused by poor workmanship. Front and back porch lights had white hex head screws to hold lights on the house. Never installed on electrical boxes by first crew. Removed siding then didn’t install. Had to tell them miss all but garage on back of house porch. Sprinkler head missing. After digging around I found it. Broken in two pieces and buried underground, Sprinkler system No longer worked. Called sprinkler company to fix. $1250.00 to fix they wire was cut in three places. The siding installer cut sprinkler cable so he could install the siding. Now too short so he cuts it again and splices thermostat wire and buried the splices in the ground. Since it took them so long to even start the job I asked if I needed to be there because I was out of town. They said I didn’t have to be there. I then got a call saying they needed to get inside. Have a smart lock so I open door. They go into my house to unlock the rear screen door. I found they disconnected my internet from my modem turning off my security. They sat on my leather sofa one had a pen in his back pocket, ruined my leather sofa while watching tv. I have a glass table porch and He draws in the dust on the table by writing his name and drawing marijuana plants. Every piece of trim for outlets, dryer vent, shutters, gable vents, and hose bibs fell off at the slightest touch. The first time they sent someone out to fix things I told him I wanted to see that all the trim pieces are secured, and those pieces won’t just pop off at the slightest touch. Everything fell off. Screwed the flap on the dryer shut. Realized it when using dryer after they were done. Invoiced me before completing contract and charged me interest. I did get them to remove interest. Don’t think I can count on them to fix anything if anything is defective. Made promises and didn’t come through.

Casey and his team did a great job with replacing my old shingle roof with a new metal roof. The workers showed up early in the morning and they were finished by the next day. I was able to view photos of what the roofers were doing throughout the replacement, via their customer portal, Very convenient! The roof came out great and I am excited for my upcoming projects with this company

2 months age Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC Ocala, Fl installed our new roofing system. Do to issues we experienced with a replacement roof 9 years ago, we wanted to be as certain as possible prior to writing a review that there were no failures or defects with this new roof. As of July 3, 2024 all signs point to a job well done. Though there were some hiccups along the way, from sales process thru the install process, our sales rep Nick, and our Project Manager Casey, resolved any and all subsequent concerns. Good job Certified Roofing.

Communication could be a bit better, but I was overally pleased with the work. The crew worked until 9PM to get my roof finished. Casey was great at leading the crew. I will recommend Certified Roofing Solutions for any Roofing needs
