I would actually give 3.5 stars but can’t seem to do that on here. I had bi-weekly recurring appointments but had to cancel, because I moved out of state. The 2 sets of cleaners I experienced were good, but I don’t feel that a standard is shared across the company of what is expected. They do have 3rd party contractors so that may be part of it. I also made clear that I had 4 dogs, but one of the first cleaners had some issues (even though my only big dog laid on the couch through most of it except the greeting when he sniffed). I work from home so they were never left alone with them. Not bad, but setting the expectations and standards could go a long way. Especially, to ensure you know that you are getting what you pay for.
