Jason from Rivera & Sons Roofers came out to inspect my roof in Newark today. A less trustworthy contractor had previously tried to convince me that my roof needed a complete overhaul after a leak repair. However, Jason informed me that my roof is in good condition and I can wait another 2 years before considering replacement. I truly value such honesty, it was both surprising and appreciated. We were initially unsure if Rivera & Sons Roofers could complete a full roof replacement in just a single day. However, they exceeded our expectations! From the time we signed the contract, we had to wait a few weeks to fit into their busy schedule. Then, on the 24th, the roofing materials were delivered to our residence in Newark. The crew, spearheaded by Maurice and Terry, started at 7 am on the 25th, and by 3 pm on the same day, they had finished and tidied up! They successfully replaced the entire roof of our two-story, 4-bedroom home in just one day. Their coordination with our insurance company was remarkable, and we only had to cover our deductible out of pocket. The roof looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier.

Rivera & Sons Roofers accomplished the installation of our roof in just two days. Terry, Maurice, Jason, and Connor made sure to cover all the plants, and took extra measures to protect our driveway by using plywood. Despite the hot weather in Newark, they did an outstanding job. After they departed, I took a walk around my property and was pleasantly surprised to not find a single nail. Even our flower beds were completely free of any leftover paper and shingle debris. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team.

I can’t recommend Terry and Jason from Rivera & Sons Roofers enough! Our house in Newark was significantly damaged by a storm, and Terry was the only roofer among many who took the time to come out and assess the situation. While there, he decided to temporarily cover a few vulnerable areas free of charge, knowing it was due to rain the following week and he didn’t want us to be at risk. This is the level of customer care you want when hiring a roofing service for your home. Their team did an exceptional job on the roof, leaving no trace of debris behind! Terry also arranged for gutter and siding services, all of which were completed to a high standard. He even recommended a few companies for interior repairs! They were understanding and flexible with the invoicing delays due to the insurance process. I can’t express my gratitude enough for their commitment.
