We were referred to Mike following unresolved issues with a contractor as a result of a roof install and siding replacement from storm damage 2023 (insurance claim). Mike promptly called back and came to our property promptly in January, no less. He did a walk through and reviewed the roof install, siding repair that had failed, identified a siding issue missed by the insurance adjuster and the previous contractor. He was very meticulous in his assessment and described in detail the work that needed to be completed to correct shingles blowing off the roof, installation issues with the gutter install, and a solution to repair the siding correctly- not just the new pieces that needed to be reinstalled from previous, but a total solution to secure the siding to keep it from coming off during elevated wind speeds. Within days, he returned to replace shingles that had blown off and walked the roof. Over the next month, he walked the roof several times, repairing/replacing/and securing shingles; replacing and securing siding, resealing the windows, fixing a torn screen, resolving damage to a patio door, etc. Mike is very respectful of the homeowner and is an excellent communicator. He will take the time to explain in detail the why and the how of the issue and present solutions to resolve the problem. He will take the time to answer questions. We appreciated his direct and honest approach, which made working with him and his crew very easy. If something is not right or there is an issue post work, we know we can call him. Mike or someone from his team will be out to review and present solutions. We received excellent customer service. We highly recommend Mike and McCarty Construction and have referred new business to him.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Mike! I called for a leak in my basement and he ended up on my roof… love this guy! I had a leak in my basement that was previously quoted at 8k. With truthful feedback and solid advice he turned an 8k project into a DIY for less than 100 dollars. On his way out he noticed something odd with the my roof, he pulled out his ladder and investigated the problem. Again, he gave me more amazing advice to make sure a small problem didn’t become a big one down the road (and the fix for the roof was only six bucks). Also, he was the only company to pick up on my first call and he came over the same day on his lunch break. Thanks Mike for taking the time help our family!!

I called Mike regarding a leak on our roof, he was able to promptly stop by my home, inspect and fix the problem! He showed me pictures and explained why the leak was occurring. Very helpful and friendly! Will definitely be using them for any future home repairs or projects in the future. Thank you!

Contacted Mike the day after a substantial rain/wind storm. Responded within minutes, showed up the next day, identified my problem and gave me a quote in no time at all. Problem turned out to be a couple nails sticking through the shingles, and Mike offered seal the holes left by the nails for free. Will recommend to anyone looking for roofing work.

Mike was able to come out about 2 hours after we contacted him to look at some storm damage on our roof. He replaced the damaged shingles, checked for more damage, and was able to explain what caused the damage. We really appreciate his willingness to come out quickly and were very impressed. Wonderful work, great respectful crew, easy and enjoyable to work with throughout the insurance process. Tore off and reshingled my house in 1 day. Clearly roofing experts and I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his crew showed up on the day they said and two days later we had a new roof. Excellent workmanship, cleanliness and stayed within the quote without any extra fees. McCarty Roofing was not the cheapest (they were $600 more than the lowest) but they were nowhere near the highest $12,500 by another local roofer. Make the call and have Mike give you the free estimate, you will be surprised by the same product, service and warranty.
