I needed a roof inspection for my insurance company. After a Google search, I came across Brennan’s roofing. I called & spoke with Melanie. I explained what I needed & she was able to schedule someone to come out the following Monday (I called on a Friday I believe). Dale came out & did my inspection & provided a report the same day. Dale did find some areas of concern that needed repair & an estimate was provided with my report. I agreed to go ahead with the repairs & Melanie scheduled someone to come out & do my repairs the following Monday (I believe I spoke to her on that Wednesday/Thursday). The guys that came out were prompt and did great work. I even went on the roof while they were working & they didn’t have an issue with that. I explained I climb roofs for a living & hadn’t been on my own roof. We chatted for a bit & then I got down. They were very nice & managed their time on my repair job. After the job was done Melanie texted me photos showing the work was done & I called to make payment by card. As a first time homeowner, my experience was pleasant & I recommend Brennan’s to anyone needing a roofer in New Orleans East. I definitely plan on using Brennan’s for my roof replacement when that time comes.

After reading the reviews for Brennan’s I decided to give them a call to get an estimate to repair my roof and gutter damage from Hurricane Ida. An inspection was scheduled right away and all my questions were answered by Mr. Guillot. Got a detailed quote the very next day. The repairs were done quickly and the work was seamless. Workers were even kind enough to pick up a pile of debris I had in the yard. Melanie was great at keeping me updated with everything. No pressure sales tactics, great price, great workmanship and no surprise charges. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Chris put on my roof before Ida in Metairie, hand nailed! I didn’t lose one shingle during the storm. The installation was great and quick. Happy I went with Brennans Roofing!!

Chris and Melanie were so great to deal with regarding my new roof. They were always friendly and quick. The roof was completely replaced quickly and the fact that they hand nail instead of using a nail gun is a big plus. I absolutely love my roof now and definitely recommend them!!

I am a Realtor and property manager. I try to use Brennan’s for all of my roof inspections when I get a property under contract for my buyer clients.They also do work for a lot of my buyer clients. Recently, two historic properties that I manage each lost their roof during Hurricane Ida, Brennan’s gave us one of the best bids and came out promptly to install both roofs – we are very impressed! They were timely and the roofs look great – dealing with Melanie in the office was a pleasure and Chris Brennan is very knowledgeable. Call them for a quote today there phone skills were great. Willing to ask alot of questions instead of rushing me off the phone like other companies I called. They are going to try and get me someone out soon they said. Hope they do keep there word. Will update while we do business with them.
