It is time for me to update this review of Regal Construction to ensure that it stays on top so that no one else has to deal with the issues that Regal has caused for me (Shoddy work and then not standing behind the issued warranty to fix the initial problems) Regal Construction must be OK with this review as they have refused to discuss the issues with me and Corey refuses to even take my calls to discuss how they can remedy this and make me whole. This review has been long coming and I am unhappy that our issue has resulted in me having to post this review. I have multiple pictures available upon request that I am sure Casey would not want the public to see / If you are interested in the quality of work that Casey will not stand behind (I decided to go ahead and upload a few pics that shows the quality of the work that Casey and Regal will not stand behind – I have 2 holes cut in my ceiling that they refused to repair and also a hole cut in a wall that they refused to repair. Repairs were started and then Casey refused to complete, leaving me with a huge issue). If you want to have these same issues PLEASE use Casey and Regal. If you want to use a company that will stand behind their work please use ANYONE else (ANYONE). I used Regal Construction for a house rebuild. I would NOT use Regal again. Casey is basically non-responsive and refused to fix an issue under warranty. Regal started repair work on my issue within their warranty period but once the warranty period ended they quit working on the issue and then ceased any communication. I finally was able to touch base with Casey at his shop where he admitted he had been ignoring me in the hope that I would simply “go away” and quit calling him. To this date my issue has still not been resolved and Regal has washed their hands on the issues that they created and refused to fix at all (Let alone in a timely manner). Beware if using Regal or Casey.

They installed new gutters and fascia wrap on my house. Fascia wrap is ok but had 3 huge leaks behind gutter and up on decking through the soffit. Wasn’t going to have them come out and try repairs a third time. Had the people who built my garage look at it and repair it for me. They said it looked like someone caused some damage on purpose to the drip edge, in various places. They showed me pictures and it was worked to cause a leak it appeared. Makes sense, his contracted workers left me there number and they would do work cheaper.

Regal put a new roof and siding on my home and garage. The work took WAY longer than I expected. But it looks excellent. There was a couple delays due to items being on backorder. But my home looms wonderful. Casey the new castle manager was very easy to work with and talk too. He always made sure to call me back immediately if I had any issues. I would definitely use regal for a home construction project again in the future.

My original review was revolved around the delay in getting a hold of someone at Regal. Once they did come out they inspected things and showed me pictures of their findings so am editing my review based on that. I actually have them out doing gutter quotes. So we will see how things go and if my feelings change for the better or the worse I will update my review accordingly.

I have sent over 75 of my insurance clients to regal for roof repair and replacement. My clients have always been very satisfied with their new roof. One of the insurance companies we represent had so much trust in Regal that they did not send an adjuster if Regal was doing the work! I highly recommend Casey Maher and Regal Contractors.
