I can sit here and write a book on how pleased I am with Peter and his company but I would probably bore you. I will instead outline all of the great qualities. Peter is: nice, informative, punctual, reliable and very easy to communicate with. He did exactly what he said he would. I am fairly new to Texas and had never experienced a Hail Storm in my life. I was getting approximately 20 different roofing companies soliciting my house trying to get my business. I happened to stumble across Peter and asked him a couple of questions. He offered to tarp my roof for free while others were charging me a fee. I felt very comfortable with him from the get go and told him he was hired. He walked me through every process from filing a claim with my insurance company to explaining what my roof needed (I thought it just needed a patch not a whole roof LOL). He even helped me navigate my association requirements and loops I had to go through. I don’t have enough words to describe how pleased I am with Peter and the work he and his crew did. He is highly recommended. Hopefully I don’t need a new roof again but if I do Peter will be my first call! Keep up the good work Peter and Company. We need more honest and trust worthy people like yourself!

Peter was great. He came for a free inspection and gave us a quote right then and there and even told us how to fix it ourselves if we wanted too. He came the same week to fix it and it was fixed within hours. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

We contacted Roof Improvement & Services for a hail inspection. Initially, we were unsure if our roof had any damage as we couldn’t spot any from the ground. After a few roofers had approached us, we decided to seek a company recommended by our peers. Peter, from Roof Improvement & Services arrived with a fantastic attitude and patiently answered all our insurance-related queries. We were grateful for their professional and non-pushy approach, unlike some other roofers who were overly assertive, with one even insisting on accessing the roof without permission. I highly recommend Roof Improvement & Services, Inc. About four months ago, they repaired some loose shingles and then, just this week, they replaced missing shingles in a different spot. Both times they responded quickly and did an outstanding job. They’re reliable and very professional. They’ve earned their excellent reputation!
