We were in the market for a new roof and had intentions of getting a couple of estimates but after meeting Ricky we decided to go with Infinity. Ricky was very Professional and knowledgeable. We were struggling with choosing a shingle color. Ricky offered to send examples of shingles on a similar home which made our decision much easier.He made the process go smoothly and we are so thankful for that. We also worked with Chad and his team. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Our roof looks great! We are so happy we went with Infinity Bob and Linda Haas

Infinity Rooing was excellent after the big story a couple comths ago. There was a small communication and scheduling blip but once it was sorted out they lifted heaven and earth to get the job done (the whole roof!) in a day! We highly recommend them.

I enjoyed working with Infinity Exteriors-Roofing from beginning to end for our soffits and fascia replacement. The project advisor, Logan, the project manager, Jake, and the project coordinator, Padra, were all responsive and thoroughly professional. They were patient with my concerns and answered all of my questions. Their customer service is exceptional and should be a model for other companies to follow. If you are deciding between quotes and need to choose a company, I highly recommend Infinity Exteriors-Roofing!

Infinity Exteriors were great to work with. They helped me fix a roof leak, replace a gutter, and install new windows to replace ones with broken thermal panes. Overall, they did a good job. However, a misunderstanding during the quoting process left me with an unpainted board from the gutter replacement, which sticks out like a sore thumb. Additionally, the new windows look completely different from my existing ones. I expected only the panes to be replaced, but the exterior trim was also changed, causing a noticeable mismatch. If I had known about the cosmetic differences, I would have replaced the other window as well. Given the long wait for the windows, I’ll likely delay this project. One of their team members mentioned their commitment to attention to detail, but my experience left something to be desired due to issues described above. Despite these issues, I want to acknowledge the hard work of Dan, Andy, Ian, Padra, and Trevor. They were all very nice and great to work with.
