Very happy with Dura Shield roofing I had a leak in my family room and it was from an upstairs window that needed caulking and not the roofing. They were super nice to fix it for me. I called and they were at my house within an hour.

Can’t explain how happy I am with my new roof put on in Neenah! From the office to the guys in the field they communicated great with me. I also didn’t have to worry about any nails. The clean up was great.

Had it hail last night and am going on vacation tomorrow. I had Alex show up on extremely short notice(I called and within a hour he showed up)to check if I had hail damage. Turns out I did not but Alex went out of his way to explain a lot of things about my roof and how to fix and maintain things such as algae growth and what hail damage will look like. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give more stars! My insurance company turned me down twice to repair/replace my roof after a bad hail storm. They finally came through with an offer of two flats of shingles worth about $800, including labor. Two roofing cos. looked at my roof and more or less said my roof was ok for a few more years. DuraShield said no. They took over and got the insurance co. out twice. Long story short, they got me a new roof, gutter toppers, etc. worth $75000. I didn’t have a no-name insurer. The whole process would have been a nightmare without their assistance. Everyone I worked with was professional, always available, and didn’t stop until they achieved my goal. Great crew and the clean up was excellent.

I used to live and Wisconsin and have friends and former customers still in the state . One of my Illinois customers/friends has a house in Wisconsin and asked if I could help them after a storm. I was unable to make the trip myself so I reached out to Anthony . Anthony is well known and highly respected in the roofing industry. He promptly reached out to my friend , scheduled the inspection, and got them all taken care of. They raved over the swiftness and professionalism. I would highly recommend the company and I would refer them again to my family and friends Thanks again Anthony !

I can’t give more than a five star rating to this company or I would! They walked me through my mom’s roof from start to finish. My mother had a difficult time understanding the process and they were super patient and organized with everything. I really appreciate all that they did and how they cleaned up everything nicely afterwards. She Had zero issues and still don’t have any. They also assisted me in my home with a roof leak/ repair and fixed everything nicely for us. Very happy! Thank you for a job well done.

Durashield has contracted my gutter company for the last couple of years, and it’s been an absolute pleasure to be associated with the professionalism they bring to every job.
