If only I could give them zero star! We had a leak in our ceiling and we called several roofing company to come and inspect the roof. of all the companies we called, they all scheduled a date and time to visit us for a roof repair, but only southern Roofing told us they’re gonna call us back to schedule a date. half an hour later they showed up at our door unannounced. The woman climbed up the roof and explained to us that our roof is in very bad shape and we should replacing the whole roof and that we should file a claim with our insurance. She gave us some incorrect information like: because we have a mortgage we have to file a claim to our insurance for every incident!! long story short, because I was 7 month pregnant and my husband had a chronic dizziness we weren’t able to go up on the roof and trusted her judgement. She sat in our house and made sure that we file the claim. We were lucky that we didn’t sign the contract. All other companies came and said that the roof is in good condition and there’s only 2 pipe boots that needs to be replaced! The Southern Roofing caused us 2 months of headache to withdraw our claim and provide all sorts of proofs to our insurance company to show the roof condition was good and finally we ended up not being able to renew our insurance!

Brian from Southern Roofing came out and inspected my roof the other day. He let me know my roof was in good shape and a leak I had was most likely from a vent issue. He even fixed the leak. I appreciated the honesty and would recommend Brian and Southern Roofing. Will be calling Brian with any roofing issues down the road. Jerry S

John from Southern Roofing did an excellent job of sealing nailheads and other damage to my roof. He made pictures and showed me the places that needed attention and repaired. He was prompt and thorough at repairing my roof. I recommend Southern Roofing.

My working relationship with the Nashville branch of Southern Roofing and Renovation started with handshakes and ended with hugs! Ben Vaughn and Travis Blankenship made the entire process from identifying the roof damage from hailstones, submitting my claim with my insurance company, selecting the color of the shingles to best complement my brick, and inspecting the completed roof an easy and enjoyable process. Ben and Travis went above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service and satisfaction. I stayed informed throughout the roof replacement and they promptly addressed any questions that I had and offered many helpful suggestions. I could not have asked for a better experience and I give Ben and Travis with Southern Roofing and Renovation my highest recommendation!

We had total roof damage from a wind storm in 2023. Our insurance company would not allow us an entire new roof. We really didn’t know what to do at that point. Ron Rich saw our roof and stopped by to see if we needed any quotes or help with finding someone. We had no idea who to contact for repairs, so we gave him the reins and just let him run with it. He was awesome, he kept in touch, he told us every thing that was happening with our insurance company every step of the way. He was amazing! I am so thankful that he stopped by that day when he saw our roof damage. I highly recommend Southern roofing and renovations. If you are able to work with Ron Rich that’s just an extra plus to your experience. Our new roof is spectacular!

EDIT: From one start to four. Only after seeing my review, someone (Lance) contacted me with an apology and provided a reciept for payment and warranty. Don’t expect any kind of contact, service, warranty, or concern after your check clears. Nobody answers the phone, my sales rep (Jay) doesn’t reply to text or calls, contact is impossible. It seems the job was subcontracted and they did an ok job. Jay said he would stop by my reciept and warranty papers a few days after my new roof was put on. That was a YEAR ago! I still don’t have ANY paperwork, reciept, warranty info, nothing! Ridiculuous. The second your check clears you mean nothing to them. Don’t pay until you have a reciept and your warranty papers!
