My home got hit by the tornado in December of 2023. It was obviously terrifying and traumatizing because I had my wife and two toddlers with me. The peace of mind Music City Roofers gave me was needed. Kevin Hughes got to my home the next day even before I completed my insurance claim. While other houses around me were left exposed, Kevin climbed on my roof less than 8 hours after the tornado and tarped it up so that it wouldn’t cause secondary damage. Afterwards he aided me in the process of understanding what was needed for insurance and gave me honest expectations of the time frame and project. My insurance just wanted to do a repair job, but Music City and Kevin showed valid reasons we needed a whole new roof. Once in place our roof was done thoroughly and timely. I would 10/10 recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, from beginning to end. Salesperson Spence was thorough, honest, not high pressure. Crew was respectful of my property, finished the job on time. Project manager Donovan and Senior Project Manager Adam went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Highly recommend Music City Roofers!

There were countless delays and they do not deliver the quality as described in these reviews. Every roofing company in Nashville has still inquired to repair my roof. Do not believe them if they say they can match up your roof shingles!!

Awful bookkeeping from our experience with their invoicing system(s). We paid in full on January 2nd. They apparently switched invoice systems a couple of times since, and sent out duplicate erroneous invoice (according on our sales rep, Dewayne). We have been called numerous times saying our account balance has not been paid. We just spoke with Amanda and sent our records and statements. Unsure what is going on, but this is bad business practice an awful burden to place on your customers.

they must be doing very well. i called them to come out to do a roof inspection i think i need a new roof. they never showed up. they never called. my appt was for 2:00 pm. it’s now 4:20 pm. they say “customer service is our top priority”. sure it is ………………. have a nice weekend !
