Kiara ensured clear and consistent communication, promptly responding to all my emails and phone calls. The scheduling process was smooth. Once I was notified of the start date, the team began work as planned without any delays. It was reassuring to encounter such efficient and reliable customer service. The roofing work itself was done very well. The company assigned to complete the roof arrived on time and executed their tasks efficiently. They didn’t waste any time and delivered impressive results. Overall, I recommend RRCA Roofing Company for their excellent customer service and the quality of work they provide.

I had a bad experience with a previous roofing company so when I met with representatives from RRCA I was extremely cautious and almost paranoid at what they were telling me. I checked on their background through Better Business Bureau and ask for referrals and I was very satisfied that I was in reliable hands. Well that was an understatement ! They were there when they said they would be, carefully protected all of my bushes and trees around my house, and were efficient and clean through the procedure of taking off and replacing my roof. The materials were excellent quality and I have received many glowing reports from my neighbor’s how nice my roof looks. Working with the office was very easy and everyone was courteous and friendly. They dealt with my insurance so all my expenses were covered. I would recommend this roofing company most hardly anyone wanting the best in the field!

RRCA was a quality company to work with when I had to have my roof replaced. Greg managed the project, and he was very professional as well as personable. He was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. Actually, all my interactions with RRCA went well for me – from Stephen who sold me the roof, to the crew themselves, to Hector who came out to address a minor issue and to Monique in the office. It was a good experience. I love my new roof and I am very satisfied!

I appreciate the attention to detail and communication from Yiani keeping me updated throughout the process of the contract, insurance claim, material order, completion of work and final inspection approval. Work done properly and they took care of dealing with the insurance. Had a few issues at first but chalk that up to the enormous amount of damage that Ian left. We were not in a big hurry. Angel became our “go-to” guy, and got it done.

Terrible experience from the start. We contracted RRCA to install our new roof after damage to our original as a result of Ian. I was approached by a RRCA sales rep the day after the storm while I was doing yard cleanup. He assured me he could get a crew out the next day to tarp our roof (which they did). Unfortunatlely they did a terrible job which only lasted a few days before I had pieces of their tarp job all over my yard. To make matters worse their crew also left trash everywhere. I reached out to RRCA multiple times to fix the problem but it wasn’t until 2 reps later, threatening to cancel the contract and 5 months that they finally came out and properly tarped my roof April 26th. Unfortunately this also meant our home was exposed to the elements all that time, causing 10’s of thousands in unnecessary damage with mold. You can clearly see in the photos their initial tarping versus what was actually need in the second job to make our home water tight. Fast forward to November 2023 and our new roof is finally ready to go on. We picked a black tile which looks beautiful. Everything seemed to be going well with the install until it was time for the new soffits to go in. RRCA damaged multiple of our soffit lights and have come out multiple times to “fix” them however I still have multiple lights that are not working and not tight to the soffits. On January 5 I get a call from my girls that there are multiple men our yard wandering around our property filming. Turns out our sales rep was also a influencer and was in our yard along with the owner and company making a YouTube video. In this video they had a pushup competition and bragged about how much money they were each making off our job. This was a complete invasion of privacy and caused an caused confusion and scared my kids by having multiple men on our property when they were home alone. Last week I was getting ready to get in the car to leave town when I discovered our brand new roof is now leaking in multiple spots on the first day of the heavy rains. So we now have leaks to go along with the lights they broke. Tomorrow I have home inspection company coming with a thermal cam to find the leaks they were unable to and do a full inspection of the job. I will update this review once I have their results. Now as of today I have RRCA lien our property and threatening legal action because refuse to pay the remaining 6% of the contract until these issues our resolved. It appears some people have had good results with these guys however this has to be the worst contractor I’ve dealt with.

I had these guys out 8 months or more ago. I needed a new aluminum roof. They were on site twice for the bid and I never received a quote. There was always some random excuse… stay away from this company. If it takes a year to get. A quote just think how long it would take to get the roof on!!!!
