We had Shane and Roofing Renovations build a screened in patio for us and we were blown away with the results. It was a wonderful experience working with Shane and his crew. Some time ago we moved into a house with a Champion sunroom off the back which needed some work. I knew nothing about sunrooms but could tell by looking at mine that it was a special project – one that I didn’t want just anyone to work on. So I called a couple sunroom places and discovered that getting even them to work on these things is not easy. After a couple of strike outs, I called Shane and hit the jackpot. He knew everything about the room right down to the specs. He replaced the roof, put tile down for us, replaced a window, and installed a ceiling fan and a minisplit heat and a/c system. Needless to say, we love it. Shane was always helpful and knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us a couple times. I highly recommend him for any roofing project and certainly any sunroom work. Shane was selected early on for my roofing project. We had trouble getting the insurance to cover the damage of our roof. Shane handled most of the insurance stuff and eventually the insurance company agreed that the roof needed replacement. Shane was excellent through the entire process. Once the job was approved. He kept us informed of the plans. They were always right on time. He took pictures of every step of the process to show it was being done correctly. The roof is beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased with Shane and his team.

Sustained some minor wind damage to the fascia. I had an estimate in-hand the same day I called and the job was completed quickly and professionally. The gable looks as good as new.

Started on time and finished on time. Communications was up and beyond what would be expected. Received a lot of pictures through out the process to record how the installation went. Which means fantastic documentation of the project. Shane was professional and easy to work with.
