We had out roof done in 2021, one and a half years later, water was coming through the roof. When we called to tell them, at first they said they didn’t think they did our roof, but we had the receipt. The supervisor refused to come out to look and told me to hire someone to come to my house to look and relay the information to him (cause it’s too far for him to travel)! He also told me said that the person who oversaw the whole job no longer works for their company.. as if that matters! We ended up having to hire a contractor to fix the all the flashing the Blue Square Builders installed improperly. The flashing wasn’t even under the shingles and came right off!

I recommend Blue Square Builders to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced. I had storm roof damage and when I notified Blue Square, they were prompt, professional and extremely reasonable, price wise. My roof was finished on time and the final product was excellent. When I had my solar panels reinstalled, the installers damaged some parts of the roof and Blue Square immediately offered to fix it (free of charge), with no hesitation. Thank you Blue Square!

Several years ago, our roof suffered some pretty severe storm damage. It was always such a stressful situation when it rained, putting buckets all around and then making sure to empty them. Then a friend recommended Blue Square. I called and Joe called me back promptly. To make a long story short, are roof was re-sheeted and shingled. It looks amazing and best of all now we can just sit back and listen to the rain…stress free!!! Thanks guys you offer an amazing service! I have recommended you and will continue to do so in the future!

Blue Square Builders was by far one the easiest, most knowledgeable and customer service driven companies I’ve ever dealt with. The roof was removed, redone and cleaned up within 8 hours!! The service provided by Joe, Al and the roofers was top notch – I would recommend them to anyone!!

They delt with the insurance company for us to get them to pay the correct amount for roof replacement which was great, they got us in quick during the busy season. There was a mixup with install but the owner got involved and said they will correct it and make it right.

Would not recommend. A year after installation, a few roof tiles gave way to brisk wind. They said wind is not covered in warranty. There is no way for me to tell if it was, in fact, workmanship. And they “don’t do” small repairs. Less than a year and this repair is on us. Tisk, tisk.

Recently had my roof replaced by Blue Square Builders. I would recommend them to anyone. Alan was by far the biggest help through the whole process. He laid out exactly how everything would happen so there would be no surprises. I thought it may just be a rough estimate of what would happen but due to to his experience and professionalism he was on point with everything. I am extremely impressed and immensely satisfied with Blue Square Builders. Thank you to their team and especially to Alan!

We had BSB do our roof in November and the work was well done. The biggest upside was the customer service afterward. During the winter some squirrels were able to get in above a room. I contacted the owner Ross who personally came out and did the necessary repairs himself. Good customer service goes a long way with me and that was great to see.
