A&M did a wonderful job on our carpets. With 3 young kids and a dog, our carpets can get pretty beat up, but they were thorough and super affordable. I will definitely use them again!

Manuel and his wife showed up on time and were kind and polite. They cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway and were even able to get up pet stains in ~1 hour. On top of great service, they were very affordable.

A&M performed tile cleaning at my home. They did super job at a fair price. They used a powerful truck-mounted cleaning machine. The floor had not been deep cleaned in 12 years, and now it looks great.

My carpet looks even better then it did before! These guys really know what they are doing! Will be calling again for any other carpet needs! I have had my carpet cleaned by other companies before and it never looked this good! Very happy

A&M was hired to clean the carpets in our new house on the day that we closed escrow. When we entered our new home for the first time after it was officially ours – the house smelled like musty urine. I assume they pulled smells up from the carpet and did a quick job because it was just for a real estate transaction and being paid for by the seller – so why do a great job for people that are paying for it but won’t be there to experience the quality of work. Anyhow, you could tell that the carpets were not thoroughly cleaned – the closets didn’t even look cleaned – just vacuumed. To top it off, they left windows open to aid in drying the carpet. The only problem? The windows they left open didn’t have screens on them! They left our house exposed and full of bugs that happily flew in. We could have done a better job renting a rug doctor from the grocery store and our house would not have had the extra bud intruders.

We have used them many times to have our carpets cleaned and love them! Not only are they so sweet (husband and wife) but they do an amazing job. We have 3 pets and one of them likes to have “accidents” in one area of our home. They take care of the marks and smells every time! Not only do we love them but everyone in my husbands office also uses them with only great results. Always on time too, that’s a big deal for flagstaff! Definitely worth giving your business to them! Thanks for another great service!
