Nobody knows what’s going on in anyone’s life at any given moment. Having said that, Viking Roofing & Construction Corp. has held on to a claim submitted to them for 18 days and counting. Yes, they called right away and left a message. Awesome job! However, I left a voicemail message to set up an appointment and there has been no follow up for 5 days and my claim has been ignored and has fallen through the cracks. It can’t be professional and in the customer’s best interest to hold on to a claim for 18 days with no appointment attached to it. Wow.

My experience from start to finish was phenomenal. The crew was professional and respectful. Patrick was professional and patient. He answered all of my questions throughout the process. Now, I haven’t gotten ip on the roof to loo, but from what I can see, it looks good and of good quality. The price was excellent also. I’m very pleased.

Zero stars. I had a complete roof replacement 5 years ago in Braidwood. I’ve had nothing but problems. All my ceilings get moisture. The plywood is molding in the attic. I talked to them several times once the roof was replaced. They did nothing. Now 5 years down the road I’m going to have to redo the roof again. This roof was suppose to last now less than 40 years. This roof cost well over $13000.00. Full disclosure insurance paid for 2/3 of it. A 5 year old could have done a better job. No service, they throw the roof on and wash their hands. ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

Viking Roofing gets ZERO stars. We have had a very bad experience with them that speaks to their professionalism and ethics as a company. The job we consulted them about, and hired them for, was done improperly and although we emailed them, and even sent pictures of the work, they did not respond with any type of refund or apology. We were charged an exorbitant amount of money for job that was incomplete and done poorly. We had to have it redone by another company after paying them the $1500.00. We honestly thought they would do the RIGHT thing and refund the money with some sort of apology. We received neither. This post forced me to choose one star before I could post, but understand that I wanted to give them NO stars..

We’ve used Viking for roofing projects twice over the last 40 years and are completely satisfied. Easy to deal with, reliable, and have done quality work both times. We recommend Viking without reservation.

Great workmanship, work was completed on time, the price was right. We had an overall great experience. I would recommend that anyone contracts Viking for their projects. Great experience
