We are very satisfied with our new roof and Gutter installation which had been done in October. Oscar responded to our inquiry right on the same day and gave us an estimate very precisely and the price is good. Oscar has professional experience and knows what exactly needed to be done for our house. On the day they began the project , Oscar went above the roof and sent us photos while his crew working on it. He would supervise his crew to do it right and perfect. We are very happy with his professional working attitude and the way he handles the business, thanks for his crew too. I would highly recommend Alcon Roofing.

Professional, punctual, and honest. We agreed to arrive at 8 o’clock, but if we were 10 minutes late, we would send a text message in advance. We asked him to do roof waterproofing the year before last. What makes me worry-free is that he will honor the price and construction time after he quoted the price. No price increase or extension. The key point is that the follow-up service is good and you can find someone immediately if something happens. It rained heavily last week and my house leaked. It leaked on the first floor but not on the second floor. The rain probably leaked in from the side wall or the sunroof. It has nothing to do with the roof repaired by Oscar. But we didn’t know that at the time and thought the roof was leaking again, so we called him and he immediately made an appointment to come over and take a look. Fortunately, we immediately discovered that there was no leakage on the second floor, so his trip was not in vain.
