Sunday (4/28/24) one of our kids got sick and threw up all over the carpet. I called Mike at 545pm and within 10 minutes he returned my call and said he’d be over on Tuesday morning. He showed up took care of what I thought was going to be a permanent stain. He’s extremely professional and careful as he cleans. He’s done tile cleaning and grout sealing for us in the past and did fantastic work. Looking forward to him coming back out,

I need three boxes checked before I leave a positive review. 1) A professional attitude, especially regarding timely response to appointment time and phone call follow ups. 2) They perform the services at or above my expectations for what a “good job” will look like. And lastly, a fair price for the services contracted to perform. Southwest Carpet Cleaning has met all the requirements and standards I could have hoped to see…I give them 5 Stars for a job well done on my Area Rug, Carpet, and Couches!
