My mom had her roof replaced by Jordan and his company , Pearl Roofing. Could not have been happier with not only his work but his professionalism from beginning to end. My mom received over 5 quotes and they were all great but Jordan provided that extra level of support and knowledge that put both my mom and I at ease. He was always available via phone/text to answer our many questions and completed the work on time. He was also very helpful in assisting us with the Y-Greene program. All in all a great experience and highly recommend. Sadly there are so many shady contractors here in South Florida but not with Pearl Roofing. Thank you again Jordan for your work, level of professionalism and the hand holding!

Jordan was a pleasure to deal with. He takes pride in his work and keeps communication open. He was able to get the required permits approved. The whole process took a few months but once the permit was approved, the roof was finished in one day. He also used the most current roofing materials and took the time to explain all the different options. As for pricing, Pearl roofing was the middle estimate I obtained. They were a third lower than the highest estimate and better quality I thought than the lowest estimate. In brief, Jordan is easy to deal with and they do quality work at a reasonable price.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pearl Roofing for a complete roof replacement. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their exceptional service and expertise. The craftsmanship and attention to detail put into my metal roof was incredible to watch. Loved watching the metal panels go up. The customer service and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I truly felt I was in good hands from start to finish.
