Bruce Siegel is the guy you want on your side to work through the details with your insurance carrier. He definitely knows the business and, therefore, is an amazing advocate for you. He did an amazing job for us. His crews (and subcontractors, if the project is extensive) are very professional, prompt, and tidy. I’ve used FairClaims for my primary residence and for my investment properties. They’ve always done a great job.

If you ever need a roofer, Fair Claims Roofing and construction is your roofer. Don Bersterman the sales manager was on it from the time he came to give me a quote to the time he left today. He arrived at six in the morning before the crew and left after the crew he insured everything was done properly, and insured everything was picked up before they left. The first time I ever had a roof installed on my house and I was impressed with their professionalism from Don, to the Crew. I would recommend Fair Claims Roofing and Construction to all my family and friends.

Thank You Don Bersterman, for coming out to my rescue! I had a wind turbine that I noticed was an issue on the house, Don reached out and was very concerned about my issue, his roofer was great and they came out fixed the issue in a timely manner and had my old turbine replaced and and back in working order. I would recommend FairClaims Roofing & Construction and would Definitely use Them again.

I worked with Bruce recently on a very extensive project for a townhome community in Plano. The scope of work included 191 townhomes for full roof and gutter replacement, and various window screen replacements due to hail damage earlier in the year. Bruce was wonderful to work with! He responded very quickly to all of the questions that we had, and was excellent to work with. I highly recommend him for any roofing projects that you have, large or small.

From start to finish, Bruce and his crew at Fairclaim Roofing were outstanding! Bruce worked countless hours making sure I got every penny from insurance that I needed for the repairs this past July hail storm has caused. My insurance was a tough one, but he managed to secure $17,000 in additional funds. Now the crew…The roof looks great and sleek- They started early and finished in one day. The painting crew…They did an amazing job on replacing the rotted wood and did a fantastic job taping everything off, calking, and really hit those small details on painting. The gutters were paint matched to the new paint color and put up nicley. These projects are just some of the work that stood out the most for me. Bruce is amazing at his job and knows what he is doing.

To say I was blown away with the end result of my soffit, facia, trim, exterior repaint and gutter replacement project by FairClaims Roofing is an understatement. I own a small 1954 home in Richardson that I absolutely adore. My home has a ton of charm but was in desperate need of an exterior refresh. Don, and his team (Juan in particular), were so easy to work with, translated my vision perfectly and did not break the bank. I was so pleased with the work, I committed to a similar project on my other house in Plano. This company, and project team, are phenomenal!
