We were extremely pleased with the prompt and efficient help we received from Edward Ruhnke and the Stratus team in addressing some recent repairs that were needed following a new roof installation at our condo complex. Edward responded immediately to our request for assistance and throughout the entire process he was exceptionally courteous, attentive to our concerns, thorough in following up on every item that needed to be addressed. I would recommend Stratus for any roofing needs and would not hesitate to call them for any future work that may need to be done.

Needed some repairs to my roof. Contacted Stratus Roofing who initially did the install. Addie, the Customer Service Rep, immediately got me on the calendar and was extremely responsive to all my needs. Addie sent out Anthony, Project Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done timely and correctly. He was very proactive and responsive to my needs as well. Anthony took the time to explain the issues, repairs, and the entire process. The work was completed quickly, and very neat and clean. Anthony also followed up in person upon completion, which rarely happens these days. He is truly an asset to this Company! Overall, Stratus is a great company, with employees who truly care – and they stand behind their work. Professional, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. I would recommend Stratus to anyone interested in roofing needs – 5 stars across the board!

Stratus Roofing (and our primary point of contact, Matt) was amazing throughout the roofing process. They handled everything from the initial insurance adjuster inspection, estimate and approval, scheduling, permitting, install, and post-install reconciliation with our insurance company. Proactive communication all the way through, a respectful and hard-working crew, and ultimately a beautiful new roof we’re very proud of! (NOTE: this was my 2nd transaction with them. They redid my mom’s home before we sold it back in 2021. 5-star experience then as well!). They may not be the most well-known in town but that doesn’t mean they aren’t one of the best!

I highly recommend Anthony J. Lauria of Stratus Roofing. We had a leak come through our livingroom rock wall during the last rain storm. Contacted Stratus Roofing for an estimate before fighting with (and possibly losing) our insurance company. Anthony came out and thoroughly checked the roof, the chimney, and the outside wall to see what was going on. Turns out, it’s an extremely simple fix that my husband can take care of. He could have easily listed off an extensive and costly number of things that needed done in order to make money. (I’m visually impaired and not about to climb on the roof just to fall back off of it so I would have never know the difference.) Instead, he chose honesty, which I greatly appreciate. Guaranteed, I WILL call Stratus Roofing again.
