A huge thank you to Chad Cathey and his entire MCP crew! He helped to partner with us to navigate the process with our insurance company. And now, we have a beautiful new roof! The team was efficient while ensuring the structural base underneath was equal in quality to the shingles above. And before nightfall, they had our yard looking like they were never here. Just awaiting new gutters in the new week or two. Would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends!

Worked with this company for one season and had an absolute terrible experience. The owner Clint, is shady as they come. Not even a local company. They are based out of Indianapolis with a po box in Louisville to give the appearance they are local. I saw multiple cases of promises that were unfulfilled. Work seenes to never get done. I had over 20 customers that were signed up in Richmond in June of 23 that still are not finished in July iof 24. Constantly dealt with angry customers because customer expectations were not met. Once they get ypur check from the insurance company forget it. The work is not getting done. It’s criminal what takes place in this company.

Mr. Cunningham and his group of professionals made the whole process a breeze. For first time homeowners to experienced, I highly recommend MCP Roofing Company. James took the time to walk us through the process and kept us up to date on everything going on. Mr. Cunningham oversaw every project and ensured only perfection. 10/10 recommend!!

MCP Roofing did an AMAZING job on our house. They sought us out the day after a major hailstorm in our neighborhood and stayed with us throughout the whole process. James Cunningham was so communicative about everything we needed to know, and his crews did such a great job. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Clint and the entire staff were nothing short of superior in all aspects of the process. We had a major hail storm in late February and our home in Bardstown Ky. was damaged. Clint handled the project from start to finish. We were amazed at how quickly they responded, listened and walked us through the repair process. His crew was spot on and courteous. They cleaned up after, and who does that nowadays? I would never consider using another company in the future. Our home now looks better than when it was built thanks to them.

James helped me after a bad storm rolled through and damaged our roof. He handled everything from start to finish and that’s exactly what I needed with a busy schedule. The quality of work was only 2nd to the customer service. This should be your ONLY call for roofing/restoration.

I cannot say enough about Clint and MCP and the service provided regarding my recent roof replacement in Floyd’s Knobs, IN as a result of hail damage. They worked with my Insurance company, met the appraiser on site and provided local reference contact information when I requested it. Responses were prompt and complete. Clint went above and beyond, even picking up and installing downspout hose, just because we needed it, cleaned out/caulked gutters and asked for payment only when the work was done, even volunteering to delay the last $1000 and replacing insulation, until he returns after rains (at his suggestion) to make sure leaks were corrected and that there are no issues with the new roof. When there was a worrisome storm forecasted for us recently, Clint contacted me as he knew we had a leak and was concerned that we didn’t have any additional damage. He advised if that storm hit us to call him immediately and he’d be here with tarps to cover to prevent further damage and even offered up generators just to help his clients. There was no pressure to proceed with the work when we were hesitant to proceed during winter temperatures. And when we made the decision to proceed, he scheduled us promptly and the work was completed quickly as promised. The level of service provided was something hardly seen today and was much appreciated.

James at MCP is definitely a five star all the way met every expectation I could imagine. Their Customer Service is as amazing as is the quality of work they displayed. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
