I am incredibly happy to have chosen Erie for my beautiful new metal roof. It took a little longer because of the storms and wind but those guys pushed through. For two days they were there early and left late. They would sit in their trucks and wait for the rain to stop. They did not just leave at the first opportunity. Alex’s and his crew practiced friendly professional service with big smiles and kind words.

Folks Good ol Chris Springer the branch manager in Louisville is the epitome of what this company stands for, a true sales person, Id say man, but a man stands behind his word, but he does say whatever you need to hear to get the job done, a man that stands behind his word like when he says we have the best warranty here its a great place to work we’re here for you this is a family here we take care of each other…. I hope the warranty stands for more then his word that’s for sure. I’m the only one who worked Memorial day, Memorial day the irony of being a vet I chose to work I made a sale woot woot, made one the week before that, made another one the end of that week, I learned his approach of when you have questions about your job his only reply is don’t worry about it sell, sell, sellll.SELL IT don’t worry about a thing once they sign that dotted line if there’s an issue will address it then.. RED flag right there folks but he’s such a stand up kinda guy he says don’t worry about your getting paid.. I have morals and standards I can’t just lie to peoples face like him, he’s very good at that, but I decided it’s not for me went in talked to him face to face parted ways I said you gonna pay me for the work I did? He said it’s already scheduled, me being me I checked the app it’s said X amount being paid.. well pay day comes it’s all not there no more, not really shocked so I text him still getting paid for my services? He replies back oh that one canceled, and the last one too, I ask oh well what about the one from Memorial day? (Because the customer has 72hrs to actually cancel) they were all past the 72hr mark he says they canceled too sorry… Moral of the story, they didn’t cancel he is just that kinda guy for that kinda company they both have some of the best standards and morals. Folks don’t waste ya time on companies like Eriehome and the people they entrust to do a job.

Arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. Completed the work in two days. Made small adjustments I requested, without any fuss, additional charge and quickly. I recommend Erie! Fast, friendly, and did exactly what they said they would do. Very easy to get a live person on the phone.
