After a recent storm last year and roof leak, we contacted Journey for an estimate. Their estimator told us our roof had many issues due to storm damage and that they would handle all the insurance paperwork etc. Our insurance company denied their claim but Journey said they would continue to try and get it accepted. Fast forward nearly 1 year later, we never hear from Journey even though we continue to contact them. One of their visits they removed pieces of our roof – so now we do have lose tiles and pieces that aren’t nailed down. We have told them a few times and are told they will come address it. We have never been contacted again. I think since their original claim wasn’t immediately processed by our insurance company, they gave up. Now we still have leaks and more nail holes and a piece of our roof that has pieces missing. I would not recommend this company.

Having our roof replaced by Journey has been an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff is professional and efficient, and using the web portal for paperwork was easy. Rob Baker has kept us informed at every step in the process and is so easy to work with. The crew did the whole tear off & replacement in one day and the clean up was immaculate. We’re having them back to do our siding soon. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Journey Home Restoration was a fantastic company to work with for our insurance claim and roof replacement. Rob B. was our project manager, and he worked tirelessly to ensure that we received the maximum allowance from our insurance company for our roof replacement. After initiating the claim in October 2023, our new roof was installed this past week. We could not be happier with the results, as well as the customer service we received from Journey Home Restoration throughout the entire process.

I had some storm damage on my roof and only got partially approved from my insurance until the team at journey home restoration came in and took over. They got my whole roof replacement 100% covered and all I had to do was pay the deductible they even gave me bonuses for a yard sign and some referrals. I almost had no out of pocket cost at all! These guys are great!

What an amazing experience! I gotta tell you, there were times when I wanted to just give up on my insurance company! But, Ryan worked hard and did his due diligence and made things happen. I will recommend Ryan, Sean and the entire Journey family to all my friends and family! Thank you for an amazing roof!!

Patrick the company rep. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Walked me through the process of new roof. The company delivered what they promised. Removal of old roof, 1 day installation, and clean up. Very, very happy with Journey.

Jeff walked us through every detail of roofing and insurance thoroughly. His team of workers were competent, extremely hard working, professional and kind! Jeff took the extra step to guarantee every detail was met. It was refreshing to collaborate with such nice people!
