Disappointed after Carter Brackett recommended your company to me. I called for a seasonal roof inspection and possibly replacing a few screws in my roof. After Duane came out walked the house he said the manager would schedule an appointment/quote with me. The manager was a no show on his appointment but had the office to call me to see if I wanted a quote on a new roof!!! I was speechless, where did that come from, obviously the manager wasn’t interested in a simple service call. Lost me as a potential customer… Your reply has me confused with another customer, the only person I met with from TC Roofing was Duane. Super nice guy, we had a great conversation and tour of my barn, I was never rude or demanding. Duane was also very complimentary of my (3) roof, 24 gauge and 18 years new. I was looking for a quote on seasonal roof inspection in the event I had any screws or caulk needed. I don’t need a new roof nor a new quote. Let’s leave it at that…

TC Metal Roofing did an excellent Job with my new my roof I’m extremely amazed. The professionalism of their staff, especially Brandon Uhr the efficiency and friendly manner made the whole process easy. Competitive pricing and excellent service get two high fives for me. A month ago I called for a 5 point and Wind inspection and the inspector told me that the materials used in my roof are top A+ quality. Thank you Brandon and TC Metal roofing! for all your help.
