I had an outstanding experience with Eric Smith when my roof needed some small repairs- extremely professional, great communication and immediate problem solving of our issues. I was worried that roofers wouldn’t want to do small jobs, but there was no hesitation from Central Homes. I will recommend them to EVERYONE!

Central Homes Roofing gave me peace of mind when it came to the decision of selecting a roofing company. Cynthia Adamic walked me through the entire process including involving my insurance company which saved me money. Tyler came out to assess the water damage and get an accurate material list. Blake was coordinating with me before his crew even began. He let me know when Cesar and his men were going to be here to start. His 3 man crew worked diligently through the weather while protecting my home at all times.They all went above and beyond my expectations and I’m very thankful for choosing Central Homes Roofing.

After 6 quotes from different companies, we knew as soon as we met Robert Dalrymple that we were going to use his company. He was honest and straight to the point. He went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns. His team was also great. We never had any issues, and if we did we have no doubt that Robert would have corrected the problem. He was on site after the supplies were delivered to make sure everything was there before the job started. He was also there throughout the day to check in with his crew. Excellent service for a job that no homeowner looks forward to. If we ever need a roof again we will definably call Robert and his team.

Central Roofing and Solar did an awesome job on my roof replacement, for a great affordable price. They were helpful in accommodating all my roofing needs. And Kyle and Rick(my project managers ) was amazing!! I can’t say enough of how great he was. He was there for me from beginning to the end. They went over and beyond their job obligations from my point of view. I would definitely recommend and use this company again. I have already referred them to family and a couple of coworkers! I’m very happy.

Central Home Roofing was fantastic! I called them up and they had someone come out to take a look at the roof within just a couple days. Kyle came out, took a look all around and answered all the questions I could think of. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They gave me a quote and explained everything. I ended up filing a claim and Kyle helped me through the whole process. When the adjuster came out, Kyle was there to answer any questions that I or the adjuster had. A few weeks later, we had a beautiful new roof!! Kyle was fantastic at communication and other Central Home Roofing employees helped with all of my billing and insurance questions. I was away on a trip when the roof was replaced, but they kept me in the loop with updates and pictures throughout the whole process. Came home to an incredible looking roof! I would absolutely recommend Central Home Roofing to anyone looking at getting a new roof, whether through insurance or not. They were a huge help!

I am so glad I was able to contact Central Homes Roofing. I was worried because I didn’t understand the process. However, Dylan Everett arrived when the project began and with patience and high knowledge he told me every step to expect. I found that everything Dylan explained was right on. Dylan provided pictures of the new roof and I proudly show them to all family and friends. What a great experience that Dylan provided.

To start.. our sales rep was honestly great guy. Kyle, he did his job. Unfortunately not the best experience with the company itself. We had signed with their company, then we were having issues with the insurance company which forced us to delayed our process. We informed central job was on hold possibly indefinitely in order to fulfill our responsibilities with insurance. We couldn’t move forward with our roof for three months , If anyone has gone through a claim , you know they never want to give out what is due.m without jumping through hoops They made it close to impossible, months later central reached out asking if we were ready to move forward we said no, we had to look in other direction but I appreciate their follow up. We then started getting emails claiming we are responsible to pay permits, we needed to hold up our end of bargain. I informed the office lady she didn’t have all the info and she should first figure that out before sending invoices and emails as she did. First off we spent 3 years with our claim, This process was already a headache and this company made it more about them and their pockets. We gave them heads up of the job being on hold. Then we informed them we needed to do what was best for us financially and till this day I’m still getting emails to the point I had to get my lawyers involved. It’s just unsettling and frustrating that we not only deal with insurance headaches then now a roofing company problem. When you need an insurance company to indorse your check you are at their mercy , they were very pushy I ended up having to tell them look we can’t move forward right now, once and if we can we will reach out if we choose too. Looking back I’m glad we didn’t give our money to a company that acts like this , I normally don’t do reviews but after the last email I received I figured I’d help someone else out who may be similar to us. My husband is a disabled vet, we are on a fixed income , we are frugal and ever dollar counts. As stated before , There were reasons why we wouldn’t go with them we had to make changes to what our claim money would go to … all they cared about was that we pulled out of our contract with them… but it’s not that simple the reasons why. Nor should it have been their business but their accounting department attempted to make it their business. Simply unprofessional.
