We appreciated Tru-Built’s honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. Robert treated us like family and was so easy to work with. There was a little snag (no fault of his or Tru-Built) but he got us through it and the job was done in a timely fashion. We would definitely use him again.

Tru-Built Roofing is The Best….. From The first time I met Robert Castro (sales) Who came out the day after I made the initial phone call and who basically held my hand throughout the process(Very professional top-notch guy) to meeting Dwayne Simmons (Claims manager) Who brought out a great team of roofers to get the job done professionally and quickly all of these wonderful people were top-notch. They did a great job. I was totally blown away by their services, especially after. Trying to get other roofing companies in the Gilmer area come out to do the job(I’m glad they didn’t lol) Thanks guys y’all are fantastic sincerely, Donna Scates.

We could not be happier with this amazing company! They were on top of it from the very start! Hunter was amazing and answered all our questions and kept us in the loop. He was amazing and made the process super easy! They showed up early and got the roof done quick! They take pictures of the entire process and they cleaned up everything and then some! We are incredibly impressed and would highly highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of roofing done. You can not go wrong with Tru-Built Roofing!

The Built Roofers treated me fairly and did all of the footwork for me. And explained how insurance works when roofing your house and made it so much easier To know it was the right time to roof my house. Hunter Holder Stop by and I’ll let him inspect my Roof with his expertise and the things that he could see the insurance would pay for my roof to be replaced. and with that I would recommend true built roofers to anybody that needed a roof

Highly recommend!! Roberto Castro was amazing to work with, along with the whole Tru-Built team! He very responsive, kind, and a very hard worker. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, along with all of his workers! He does his best to make everything right and make sure everything is perfect. They had our roof done in a day, and had all of their scraps and everything picked up by the time we got home. Our house looks brand new now, all because of a new roof. I will always recommend them to anyone who asks!
