Dan had come over to access my roof, stated that I did have damage to my roof due to the storm last year, and set up a date and time to take pictures to send to my insurance company. He has has cancelled more than four times in the past four weeks, and did not show up or text today. I am really disappointed, because I reopened a claim and wasted a month waiting for him to show up. If he did not want to take this job, or if I did not have a rood that was damaged enough to claim, I wish he would have just told me.

Our interaction with Kearns Brother Roofing started with Matt coming to our home and doing a hail damage inspection. Matt was very complete with his assessment and in a very timely manner he filed a report to our insurance company. Matt’s communication with our insurance company and us was very professional. He guided us through the process and showed a genuine interest in representing us. Our Project manager, Brandon and site crew coordinator, Abe were also excellent. They both answered all our questions and followed through with our concerns. We would definitely use Kearns again.

I had a fantastic experience with Kearns Brothers roofing and the people there. My wife and I met with Gary, who was interested in listening to our concerns and actually took notes. He had samples available, provided a written estimate, and worked with our insurance. Morgan made our scheduling a breeze and took careful steps to see that each part of the repair was lined up. A team came out ahead of time to fix portions of the facia board and sofit that needed special attention. What a relief to see the solid repairs they made before anyone even touched the roof. On roofing day, I was impressed with the number of people and how organized the groups were. Along the way, the crew ran into some plywood that didn’t look too good. Team leader, Levi, contacted me and ran through the different ways to fix or repair this problem, and let us choose how to do it. He took photos and videos at each step so we could see what was happening. Hard to explain how much better that made everything go. All through the process, we received a phone calls letting us know when and who would be at our house and a follow up when they were done. Our roof looks fantastic thanks to all involved. I would recommend Kearns Brothers to anyone looking for a new roof.

Our experience with Kearns Brothers was outstanding from the price quote to the meticulous cleanup ! Our home roof replacement started at 6:00 a.m. as the sun was rising and was complete at 3: 30 p.m. the same day. Great service from a great company ! Barry and Donnie Fayne
