We are overjoyed with our top-notch roof! Scheduled a meeting with Dale to get a quote. He was a bit late due to traffic but called to let me know in advance. Agreed on the cost and then a few days later, Zachary called to confirm a date that suited me and addressed queries about the installation and weather-related concerns for the adhesive. Even after the roof was finished, Zachary was my point person for any issues or questions. He was extremely helpful and i can’t express my gratitude enough. I was confident that my queries would get resolved and the roof would be installed, and all I can say is that roger certainly knows his trade. He didn’t hesitate to address any questions or concerns. His team worked diligently and didn’t stop until the job was done. I was close to choosing another roofing service, but i saw that I was getting a superior deal by having a master elite roofer handle the project. What a fantastic roofer service! They did an amazing job cleaning my roof and applying Roof-a-Cide. Scheduling the work was easy peasy and they quickly added me to their timetable. In the course of their work, they unintentionally damaged a roof tile. Despite the fact that i wouldn’t have noticed it, and they could have turned a blind eye (or even tried to squeeze more money out of me for the repair), they instead brought it to my attention and fixed it without any additional charges. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, but Roger also treated me with respect and earned a lifelong customer. The job was done in Lincoln Park.
