We are two very happy customers! Quality Built Service installed a new roof on our house in one day. They are a hard working team, professional, friendly, efficient and pleasant to work with. They were careful not to damage the bushes and windows around our house and did an amazing job of cleaning up. Kudos to Erick, who had just finished a beautiful job up our street. and found the damage on our roof. He worked with the insurance company and always got back to us in a timely manner when we had a question I could go on and on about how wonderful they are to work with. Excellent job doing my roofing and great communication. Mr. Quezada is obviously both experienced and genuinely devoted to providing quality work. Update: 1 year later I had a small weather-related leak due to storm damage, etc, and Mr. Quezada arrived ASAP with a team of people and had it completely fixed within 24 hours (right before a big storm). He is truly devoted to providing excellent service during and after completion of the job. Thank you!

We recently had an exceptional experience with Quality Built Service while buying our new home. After storm damage required a roof replacement, they seamlessly coordinated with the seller’s insurance and involved us in selecting the color, providing expert guidance and samples to ensure our satisfaction. As our closing date loomed and with a poor weather forecast, Erick showed incredible dedication. He called early one morning to inform me that he had proactively mobilized his crew to capitalize on an unexpected break in the weather, and they were already on site… Despite tight deadlines and adverse conditions, they completed the roof with a quickness, and the result is fantastic—truly living up to their name. Got to say this company has been the best at deal with my insurance they came didn’t a amazing job when they where done they clean up everything just like they were never there Eric keep me update Thur our 7 month Process with the insurance if you need anything done I would call these guys they are amazing

They did a great job providing information to the insurance company and staying on top of them after they initially declined to replace the roof. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone replacing their roof.

They were beyond lovely! It couldn’t have been an easier process. I simply signed a few papers and Erick took care of absolutely everything else with my insurance company. They were very accommodating to all my requests and had my whole roof completed within hours. The crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards and were very professional throughout the process. Erick communicated every step seamlessly. 11/10 recommend Quality Built!
