I can’t recommend Best Choice Roofing enough! London and Bryan were walking our street offering roof inspections a day after we’d gotten a storm. My fiancé and I had already been talking for months about needing to fix our roof. The latest storm had knocked more shingles off. They wasted no time getting on our roof and the damage was worse than we thought. London has been there every step of the way for us. Contacting our insurance company, waiting with us while answering questions with insurance, staying in contact with us through claims process, reaching out to see if we’d gotten updates. She’s been to our home 3 times now to go over everything and answer questions! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever received and our new roof is in the best of hands with Best Choice Roofing!

Just wanted to share about my experience with BCR. Carson came by one evening and wanted to look at our roof. I said sure. He did a thorough job and when he was finished, told me about shingles I didn’t know were missing from a previous storm we had. We went through the paper work and contacted our insurance company. After that, things just started flowing! Carson was on top of everything. He went above and beyond his call. He was always professional and friendly and didn’t leave until he knew for sure we were informed about everything. I highly recommend BCR for your roofing needs!! I recommend to speak to Carson. He’s the Man!!

I recommend Best choice roofing for all your roofing needs!! London explained the whole insurance process to me and went above and beyond to get roof replaced. I will be only using and referring best choice roofing, because of their honesty and hard work.

I am stunned by the work ethic of Carson at Best Choice Roofing!! I thought it was just going to be another fall through from another rooting company, Carson was honest, communicative, consistent and so helpful! He constantly kept in contact with me and kept me updated on how everything was going! He was so awesome throughout the process and answered all of my questions. On a beautiful sunny day come strolling down the street was London and Bryan offering free roof inspections I knew we needed a shingle but didn’t know everything else they would find while scaling our roof …. Come to find out we are due for a new roof after the storms…. Bryan and London were quick to get in touch with our insurance and be there with us every step of the way through the claim process would highly recommend Best Choice Roofing for your roof needs but make sure to request London and or Bryan to take care of you!

We had Carson come out give an assessment, when he left we actually understood what to do and expect he was very thorough and explained everything to a T! Very understanding very tentative A++
