I can’t say enough about Nisi Home Improvement. I had a complete roof replacement, new gutters and leaders as well as some soffit work done. Marvin, Nelson and the rest of the team are truly a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be more happy and pleased with the end result. Very nice and polite, I had them replace the roof on my shed it needed new plywood and shingles. They did a great job at a better than fair price. I would definitely recommend Nisi Home Improvement if you need some work done.

NISI was amazing from start to finish. Our neighbor had work done by NISI and we were impressed with her home’s transformation. When our roof started to leak, we knew we needed to get a quote from NISI as well. I contacted Rey to make an appointment for an estimate. He returned my call less than 24 hours and an appointment was easily scheduled. Marvin and Nelson came to the estimate appointment on time. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took their time explaining and answering all my questions. They had no problem giving me multiple estimates; one for replacing the entire roof, one to replace just part of the roof and a quote to replace 2 skylights. I appreciated that formal estimates were emailed instead of verbal pricing. The estimates were detailed and explained everything that was included and anything that was excluded. The pricing was more than fair but the main reason we decided to hire NISI was trust. We trusted their expertise and honesty. The day of installation, the crew arrived by 8am. They quickly set up, got to work and by the end of the day we had a beautiful new complete roof on the house and garage. The crew was friendly, respectful, and professional. They answered any questions we had during the installation. Clean-up was phenomenal! It was like they were never here. Nelson visited the job site often throughout the day and even followed up the next day to confirm we were happy with the work. I would recommend NISI a million times over to anyone looking for roof work.

Called Nelson about my gutter issue. Didnt know what issue was. They showed up promptly, put a ladder up and showed my my gutter was clogged with a water bottle (dam kids). They removed the bottle, unclogged my gutter and refused payment for such a silly thing. Absolute class act. If i were to need any roof/gutter/window work in the future NSI is who i would call. Thank you!

Marvin, his son Nelson and their team is extremely professional and did an excellent work for us . We had to replace the whole roof , soffits, gutters etc and their bid was competitive . What surprised me was the fact that they didn’t ask for any money down ! They also did a few small extra stuff with a smile . They have my full recommendation without any reservations. The work was started on time. At the end of the day they would leave the place clean . They also took care not to disturb the landscaping and the new plantings. Great roofing company .

Let me start by saying Nisi Home Improvement is the best company ever. About 5 years ago, they put a new roof on my garage. They did such an amazing job that of course Nisi was the first and only contractor I called for my whole house roofing project. Nelson came to take measurements and give me the estimate. Nelson is an awesome young man. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. He referred to me as Miss Tia anytime he spoke to me. The price was more than reasonable. I didn’t bother getting multiple quotes as quality is worth much more. The crew arrived nice and early. They were all super nice and friendly. The job was completed the same day and looks beautiful. They cleaned up so well it was like they were never even there. Very hard working and respectful men. My neighbors are commenting on how great my new roof looks. I also asked for new gutters. This crew came the next day and finished within the hour. I’m extremely happy, once again, with the quality and work of Nisi Home Improvement. I’m looking forward to my next project with them of windows and siding. I’d recommend this company to anyone. They don’t treat you like customers but more like family. As a female homeowner, I’m extra alert to being treated differently. Nelson was very honest and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I was able to text him at any time prior to and during the roofing project. I completely trust Nisi Home Improvement and would vouch for them to anyone.
