Great guys to work with. Erik, in particular, was excellent. He determined that we needed a new roof, our insurance didn’t agree. Erik helped us secure an outside consultant. We not only got a new roof but other items were found as well. Communication is excellent, quality team on the job, overall project went smooth and we were never pressured. Erik took the time to do the job right, make us feel comfortable and our new roof looks great! I definitely recommend Erik and his team.

I had a terrible experience with Your Neighborhood Roofer. After some storm damage, they came out and suggested I open a claim with my insurance company, which I did. Since then, it’s been nothing but frustration. They promised to handle everything but completely dropped the ball. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding especially from Cory. I regret ever contacting them. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable roofing business.

I recently worked with Jay from Your Neighborhood Roofer, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Jay was incredibly helpful throughout the insurance claims process, providing expert advice and guidance. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we knew everything there was to know. I used Your Neighborhood Roofer for roof and gutter replacement and was satisfied with the results. The sales person performed an initial inspection and determined that we had hail damage. The sales person helped set up a call with our insurance company and the insurance company started the claim process. When the insurance adjuster came for an initial inspection, the roofing company owner was here to help with any questions that the adjuster had. The roofing team completed the roof replacement in 1 day. They cleaned up after the project, making sure that there were no nails in the yard or driveway. The gutter replacement was completed in 2 days. The gutter replacement crew was not as good with cleanup. I found nails on the driveway and on the patio and also scraps of sheet metal left in the yard and on the street.
