We hired Martin Roofing to redo the roof on our house and they did a fantastic job. One side has an angled roof, and the other side has a flat roof. Nestor, the supervisor, was very thorough in letting us know our options, as well as his recommendations and why. The results are excellent! We have new shingles on the angled part of the roof, and they look beautiful. We have a silicone coating on the flat part of the roof, and the room underneath now stays so much cooler than the rest of the house! Martin roofing was extremely efficient – the whole job only took about three days. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Nestor and his crew were great. They were a referral from a friend and he was right. I have a tile roof and they replaced all the underlayment / paper underneath. The pricing was good and I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently worked with Nestor at Martin Roofing regarding the work that they are doing at Bernardo Pines Condominiums. Nestor went above and beyond to get the documentation that was required for my client to get a loan approved to enable her to buy a condo in the Bernardo Pines complex. Simply stated, my client would not own her home now, if Nestor did not provide EXTRAORINARY service. I will forever recommend Nestor and his company Martin Roofing to all my clients. Looked at other Roofing Companies, but decided to go with Martin Roofing, Couldn’t be anymore happy with the results. Provided High Quality Materials, Expert Workers and Final Results were Fantastic. The new roof did extremely well with No Issues after Hurricane Hilary. Would Definitely Recommend This Established Roofing Company for any of your Roofing Needs. We had several layers of our old roof removed and new roof added on our 96yr old craftsman home. They did a great job in the time that they said they would get it done for the price they quoted… and on top of that, they followed through and responded when questions and issues came up 6 months later, on their dime and watch. Martin Roofing just finished putting a new roof on a home we recently purchased as our personal residence. The home is a large two story 6000 sqft home that is 32 years old. I am a real estate developer and have used Martin over the years on several subdivisions and this is now my second personal residence for which they have replaced the existing roof. Their pricing has always been highly competitive and the quality of work exceptional. Over the years we have never had any issues with leaks or failures of any kind on the roofs they have installed. On this most recent home, Nestor was the project manager and Roman was the foreman. They were great to work with as well as all the employees on the job. This house needed extensive facia repair due to termite and water damage. The work was done promptly and with high quality. At the conclusion of the job there was some left over concrete tiles. The men working on the job asked if I wanted to keep extra tile for the future or if they should trash it. I wanted to keep it and the best place to store it was in a crawl space under the house. I asked them if they were willing to haul the heavy tile to the other end of the house and put it down in the crawl space. Without hesitation they did so. This was not an easy task. but was indicative of the high level of customer service I experienced from start to finish. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this level of quality work and exceptional customer service, at a great price, deserves recognition.
