So, I was looking for a roofing company that wouldn’t take advantage of me since I’ve never done an insurance claim before, Jason put a card at my door, I called, everything seemed fine, they got on my roof gave me a quote to replace the roof for 8750 then weeks later after being told me “roof was being ordered” “rain was just delaying my order” they would start it “ this Monday or next Friday” they asked for the scope of my insurance claim then raised my claim to 11,500 after seeing how much I was given by insurance then told me that it was because they didn’t see the scope from insurance that they missed all of 3000 on the quote. So just goes to show this company will take every dime you have if they find out how much you’re getting. Don’t recommend.

Jason was professional and helped us with our insurance.. after there seemed to be no hope with another contractor. I would recommend McCoy Roofing to any home or business.

Never made it out to give a estimate stoped at 2 places on my road and if they would have waited at the second one or went up and knocked on the door it was my brother’s house he could have pointed them in the right direction also if they would call I could have talked them in

I had one of their repair men come out to look at our roof because of a leak. The first time they came out, they went to the wrong house. After getting that situated several days later, the roof was thoroughly inspected. I was given an estimate of 600-700 to patch the leak and fix the ceiling. However, after learning that my insurance deduction was 2500, I was given a new estimate of $2200 because “their company would not insure them unless they used expensive supplies”. Needless to say, I’m very upset that the estimate jumped nearly 4 times the original amount just because I messed up and told them I would pay the deduction if it meant replacing my entire roof. Once they found out I had a little money to spend, they were just fine asking for it all. I’ve since gone with another roofing company for my concerns who gave me a fair pricing.

I can honestly say this is one of the most professional and honest company! We just moved into the area and knew nothing about McCoy roofing and we took a shot in the dark and bullseye!! They did an amazing job on the roof and we are beyond pleased! 5 STAR BUSINESS!

Chase Cochran of McCoy Roofing in Lebanon, Mo made my roof replacement a smooth process. I had filed a claim for storm damage with my insurance company. Chase was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very smooth. McCoy’s Roofing was referred to me by my insurance agent with several compliments from past clients. The crew at McCoy’s were very professional and did an excellent job. Chase always updated me on the process and answered all my questions/ emails. I will be referring all my friends/ family to McCoy’s Roofing from now on.
