From the initiation to the conclusion of the task, they demonstrated remarkable professionalism, courtesy, and became an integral part of the operation. barry was patient throughout. i had to organize the roofing work from a distance, but he was constantly accessible for phone conversations and answered all my emails promptly and professionally. notably, i had forwarded images of the roof that required fixes, and barry immediately returned my call to let me know that termites were the issue. while most of the termite damage was old, they discovered a small active termite colony. They treated the infested area and upon re-inspecting the roof sections, they found no live termites. consequently, we set a start date for the roof repair. the team was respectful and left the property in an improved condition than when they came. even with a tight schedule of only being in League City for a few days, they accomplished the project. i value them addressing all my worries and staying within the budget.
