Have a Toll Brothers home with 3 different roof leaks. Toll called this company to have them do the repair. I did not even know who did the repair until I had to go to the post office to pick up a Certified Letter informing me that if Toll doesn’t pay them they have a right to put a Lien on my home. So many things wrong with this outside of the inconvenience. If it’s their business practice to send threatening letters 2 weeks after doing the work, then I would advise people to steer clear. In 30 years of owning real estate, I have never seen a contractor operate this way. It’s ridiculous

I called this company to investigate a leak and Mackenzie came out. He never got on the roof and came inside my home only to determine he didn’t have a ladder on him to access the attic. He said he would return later that day but never came back nor called. Waste of time for everyone involved. Definitely dodged a bullet on this one and should have read all the negative reviews prior to setting an appointment.
