This company does not believe in customer service. Their roofers are not master craftsman. A two week class that certifies them to install their products does not make a master craftsman. All workers on their crew speak only Spanish and can not communicate with home owner in English. It took a month to get errors and concerns addressed because no one wanted to call or text back or show up when they said they would be here. There are areas still not right and I will have another company come to correct because I am over trying to work with these people.

Bad experience..waste of money and time. I paid $399 for a roof inspection and estimate for a new roof because I couldn’t just get a roof inspection on it own, at least that’s how it was explained to me. Josh came to my house and didn’t bring a ladder to be able to get on my roof. When the appointment was rescheduled, he was 2 hours late and then couldn’t even tell me if my roof had a double or single layer of shingles. Absolutely terrible and big waste of money.

Liked Precision a lot.Employees; Becky, Ben, Chad, Corey and Mark with his six person crew were very professional and accomodating. Would reccomend them highly and Work with tshem again, but not likely with the Life Time Warranty provided.

Josh gave us, both an estimate and an education about the roofing products they offer. He was professional and courteous. He was also very respectful of our time, which is much appreciated. precision roofing will get strong consideration for our roofing job. Update: Job is now complete and I am very satisfied with both the outcome of the project and the professionalism of those I dealt with along the way. I would use them again in the future.

I was glad to see their crew taking their time and getting the job done correctly. Mark our job coordinator was available during the whole job, taking care of our needs and concerns. When the job was finished Mark and his crew leader went over everything that was done and making sure it was as we wanted. I would highly recommend their service. Not a single nail left on ground!

Ken was the kinda guy id want showing up to my house to give an estimate. Very kind and informative. Im a little upset he refused a beer but we worked all that out. Lol. Great guy to have on your team.
