Today was my first time using this company and I’m glad I did! Bo was very responsive and completed the job a day early! Although the material I needed was no longer available, the new material worked just fine. Professional company and great customer service, thank you!

Working with Bo was quite unpleasant. His company said they would handle coordination with the insurance but I ended up having to call the insurance many times as Bo was unhappy with the payout. At the end of the relationship, he threatened to sue me for a difference between what they wanted and what I got from the insurance. I ended up having to pay over 2000 out of pocket in addition to my deductible. I do like how my roof looks but the customer service was no good and I definitely would have gone in a different direction if I had known I would need to pay more than my deductible. Bo was quite unprofessional constantly ignoring my calls then threatening to sue me. He also never provided a quote for me on solar which was the original reason I reached out to Phoenix over other companies. I would definitely go with someone else if I were to do it again. Also, this company artificially inflates their ratings by offering a 500 dollar discount for 5 star reviews.

This was a great experience. Everything from the estimate to the completion. We loved working with Bo and his team. We had a couple of pieces of siding come off during a wind storm and Phoenix Roofing took care of us. Bo and his team were quick to come out and assess what needed to be done and fix it in a timely manner with high quality work. Will definitely choose them again!

Phoenix roofing & solar went out of their way to repair our roof that had multiple leaks. Not only were they timely, professional & courteous; they were reasonably priced & exceeded our expectations with the work being performed. Big shout out to Bo Pilkington who was a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to do our siding project with them later this fall!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of roofing! Bo came out several times to meet with the insurance adjuster and handled all the details for me! Very stress free for the home owner! He presented himself very professional and knowledgeable about his product. He brought me a good selection of shingles to pick from and started the job exactly the day he said they would! They were very thorough and cleaned up very well when the job was done! Bo also stopped by several times during the job to make sure I was happy with their work! They did a wonderful job on my house and auxiliary garage! I will recommend this company and Bo to everyone I meet that needs roof work! Thank you very much!!!!
