I had a great experience with RRCA in Lafayette, Louisiana. Ben made the whole process easy for me. My insurance covered a full replacement due to wind/hurricane damage. My materials were delivered in the time frame I was told and the crew was there to install less than a week later. They replaced some unexpected wood rot, completed my house/shed, and thoroughly cleaned up before dark the same day. I already recommend RRCA to a neighbor. My neighbor had insurance issues that Ben helped them work out. They have recommended RRCA to another friend.

We’re still in process on rebuilding our facility after Hurricanes Laura and Delta. RRCA has been on site since mitigation efforts were underway. Our roof was leaking after it had been tarped and after a quick phone call the contractor himself was on the lift about an hour later sealing things up. Our insurance company has stalled out our project and RRCA has taken the lead on that front as well working to ignite some interest for cooperation on the insurance company’s part. John Gilliland has been a voice of assurance as well as someone who is willing to keep us informed on progress and work with our leaders on how projects will unfold. He has also been key in working with a combination of local subs and subs from out of state to get the best outcome. I’ll write another review after work has been completed, but so far I’ve encountered nothing but the highest level of professionalism. Prompt replies. Subcontractors have been top notch as well. We made a great call when we went with RRCA.

I am currently going through the claims process with my insurance company and Welden Holloway of RRCA has been a tremendous help. He has been very responsive throughout this entire process and has delivered on everything we have discussed. I should have a new roof and several new windows very soon, thanks to Welden I can rest assured that the work will be done properly and in a timely fashion.

After the hurricane, our insurance adjuster said that we only need to replace the missing shingles. Welden sent pictures of the roof damage and a detailed quote, and continued to follow-up with more calls and documentation until we received a check from our insurance company. He has been so helpful through the entire process and he didn’t take no from our insurance company. We’ve been very satisfied with everything.

I have had the pleasure of working with a young man when I needed my roof redone because of all the bad weather we had this past year. Welden Holloway was there from the beginning till the end. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them if you are in need of roofing work.
