Our painter pointed out some issues with our roof that needed to be inspected by a roofer. After reading all the positive reviews online about PCR, we called to get a quote. Helio and Mark were sent out to inspect the roof. Rather than do a short term fix for a couple of areas needing repair, they recommended renewing the underlayment for the whole house due to age and decay. We promptly received a quote from the owner Jay which clearly explained the scope of work and materials. We called to go over the details and decided to move forward with doing the whole roof. Partnering with PCR was the BEST decision we made! Our roof was removed, underlayment replaced and tiles thoughtfully placed back. We really appreciated the suggestion to use colored mortar and the way it blends with our tiles. THANK YOU Jay and your wonderful team of technicians at Pacific Crest Roofing for our new roof! Hi called Jay to have a couple tiles reattached during our escrow process and he came out and fixed it super fast and free of charge! Great customer service! I will definitely be using them for all my roofing needs in the future!

We recently had our 30 year old wood shake roof replaced by pacific crest roofing. Even though we received 3 other bids, (jays turned out to be the lowest)We knew we wanted to use pacific crest roofing because we used them to replace our fascia boards a few years back and we were very impressed with jay and his crew. They did not disappoint this time around with our roof replacement. Jay , the owner was a pleasure to work with, he was very responsive, kind and friendly . He was easy to communicate with and He was patient with all our questions and explained the process to us. I run a daycare in my home so it was important to me that the work was done as clean ,safe and timely as possible. His crew set up a tunnel for my daycare families to enter and exit , ensuring no debris in the pathway. They cleaned the area around our house extremely well every day and covered our landscaping . The work was done in the time jay said it would take, one week, from tear off to completion and ran very smoothly. The workers were all efficient, neat respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend using pacific crest roofing, without hesitation. 5 + stars all around.

I’m very happy with their work. They were here when they said they would be, and got it done when they said they would. There was a lot more wood replacement than expected and they did not gouge me. I had multiple quotes and for the quality of work performed they were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience using crest roofing. Jay was very professional, and with excellent communication, and nice finished results. They fixed one of our rafter tails which had some termite damage and replaced some mortar on our roof tile end cap. Would recommend strongly!

When heavy rain caused a leak inside our home, Jay came to assess the damage – the next day – on a Sunday – on Super Bowl Sunday Feb 2019. That’s integrity, and prioritizing his clients. Once the roof tiles dried up and became safe to walk on, his crew came to work. Later that day, we asked Jay, how much do we owe you? He wouldn’t charge us. Thank you Jay!

I had 4 roofing companies come to my house for estimates and I went with Pacific Crest Roofing. The owner, Jay, was extremely professional, honest and thorough in his communication. I had one owner from another roofing company actually ask me if I wanted to bypass having him get a permit from the city to save time and money. Jay, on the other hand, made sure to not cut corners and he did things with a lot of attention to detail. He was able to start quickly after getting the permit. His workers were extremely professional and nice. Jay went above and beyond with a few things and made sure everything was going well each step of the process. For example, they covered my pool the first day to make sure no debris would accidentally go into the pool. On the second day it wasn’t needed but some very small debris did get in the pool. He immediately called a pool company to come out and clean my entire pool. I did not ask him to do that but he did it out of his own concern. This is a great company to do with. In fact, I saw 3 different people driving or walking by taking pictures of my roof the last day it was completed because they were impressed. A few neighbors in the area also spoke to me about how nice it looked.
