Devin was my first point of contact and right from the start, he was a good guy. He was knowledgeable about roofing and guided me on the various services and how to get the most value for roof repairs. He then introduced me to Brent, a guy almost as tall as a roof, who was the crew supervisor for the job. Together, Devin and Brent walked me through the entire roofing process, from start to finish. These guys are great and i would hire them again in Kirkland.

The process of getting our roof replaced was surprisingly smooth, considering the significant investment it entailed. As soon as we kicked things off, the level of responsiveness from the office team, particularly Ryan, was exceptional in addressing all our queries. In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to the cost of the replacement wood, but that’s on me. All in all, the roofing service in Kirkland was top-notch.

I also had steady communication with Devin, which really streamlined the whole process. My tile roof in Kirkland was seriously crying out for repairs. It had lost some flashing and there were many broken tiles. Additionally, the skylights needed a good clean and there was a leak that had to be addressed. But thanks to the tireless efforts of Ryan, Devin, Howard, and Maxwell, these problems were quickly rectified. They even managed to source new tiles that were a perfect match with the existing ones! The cherry on top was the comprehensive cleanup they did after completing the work. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their craftsmanship and I continue to enjoy the outcome!
