Jeremiah is an excellent representative, communicating clearly with both us and the installation crew. Jeremiah listened carefully and quickly responded to our questions prior to and during installation. We are confident that our new roof, installed by this Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor and covered by the Owens Corning Platinum Protection Warranty, will never be an aspect of home ownership that gives us a problem. We had a great experience using Model City Roofing! We chose this company because it is locally owned and operated with a good reputation. With it being owned by people who grew up in our community, I trusted that they would do a good job because they are invested in the people and in improving neighborhoods in our town. They definitely lived up to that. Our roofing materials arrived quickly, the crew was very professional and efficient, they cleaned up the job site each day, and the final product looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Model City Roofing to anyone!

We have had an issue with getting items done while changing insurance companies and dealing with the mortgage company as well. They not only did an excellent job they have been awesome and patient with the situation and we appreciate them getting it done quickly to prevent more damage with this being storm season! Amazing company to work with!

The installation crew showed up as promised and stayed until the job was finished. They cleaned up well after the job and did a post-job checkup to ensure that the job was done properly and we were satisfied. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
