Really happy with the overall job Team roofing did to re-roof my home. The crew was professional and quick, and my sales rep was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. During the job, there were a couple of tears in some of my screens (it happens) and he came out to repair these within a day of the job being completed. I hope to never need to put a roof on my home agin but if so, I’ll be a return customer.

I had just had a job completed by another company and was concerned about the sight lines of the ridge cap from what I could see from the ground. I don’t do ladders anymore so I couldn’t confirm my thoughts. I saw Kevin up on my neighbor’s roof clearly doing a bid. I asked him over my fence if he could take pictures for me and I would pay him. He refused payment and very kindly said he would be right over after finishing. Kevin climbed up, took pictures and said that the shingles were a slightly different color but the same thickness as the other ones used. Kevin explained that it was a subtle color difference and that’s why the sight line looked different. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would very much recommend him to others.

Team Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. My husband and I had been looking to replace our roof for months. We were fortunate to find Team Roofing. Jean Paul, the owner, was top-notch. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and a good listener. With his expertise, he gave us a quote, and Team Roofing offered the best price by far. We had a minor issue that was no fault of Team Roofing. I talked to Jean Paul, and he resolved the issue in less than an hour. In fact, he went above and beyond to correct it. Jean Paul is truly amazing; you couldn’t find another owner like him or a company like Team Roofing. The Marketing Manager, Ariel Williams, is kind, friendly, professional, and always responds as promised. The foreman, Ron, and the crew were always on time and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Team Roofing if you want to work with professionals and have certainty that you will receive a quality product and a seamless experience. The outcome of the project exceeded my expectations; we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Team Roofing to anyone looking for roof replacement. May Team Roofing have a successful future. These guys were great! Kevin was the main guy we interacted with and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He laid out everything in simple terms and described exactly what they were going to do. The rest of the crew during the job was very respectful of our property and professional. Price wise, we had a couple quotes from other roofers and Team was a tad more expensive but the quality of the work and materials seemed better in our opinion so we went with them. This company also has a great warranty and customer service. The job itself only took a couple days which was faster than I expected. Kevin even brought us lunch one of the days! We went with the pewter gray roof and it looks awesome. Overall very satisfied and would 100% recommend to anyone.

I talked to Team Roofing after dealing with a flaky contractor who removed some of the tiling and took off. They made several allowances that I really recommend them for: since my roof was partly exposed, they came and tarped it even before they were able to work on it; they went out of their way for me by removing the old tiles that were stripped off before they arrived; the team was responsive over phone about questions made after 5pm; they were able to move me up by a week; they were flexible about the timing for payment. Shout out to Kevin Pugin for arranging the details, and quoting me a great price. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, and while most companies are good for that, I think they went a bit above with all the points I listed above. This company is a solid pick, well worth it!

Kevin did a amazing job! He checked our roof, and attic. He found little issues, and went out of his way to fix the issue at the time he was here. His honesty and dedication to his company is very passionate. When it is time to replace our roof we will be calling Team Roofing! Thank you Kevin for everything you did today.

Everything from start to finish was top notch, and no pressure. We feel we got a great value for a complete roof, 3 skylights and gutters replaced. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

We got our roof replaced by Team Roofing NW and there is no one else we could imagine recommending for exterior home services. Kevin came out to give us an estimate and was extremely thorough with his offerings. He was very friendly and got along with all of our pets. His communication was very immediate and professional. The roofing crew that came out did an amazing job and we are very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of the project. We will be also doing our siding with Team Roofing NW. All around we couldn’t imagine a better group of people or company to work with. They stand by their mission statement of providing a high quality service at a fair price. There isn’t enough positive things we can say about our experience with Team Roofing NW and Kevin.

Adnan came over for an estimate and clearly laid out the best options for my home. He is very professional and honest. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my top choice once we decide to change the roof.
