Upon reaching out to a few different roofing services in Katy, Valdez Family Roofers LLC provided the most prompt reply when we experienced problems with our roof. I had already pinpointed the potential issue, but Bentley had to return to their storage facility to get the specific component I thought was faulty (apparently, my roof model didn’t utilize the common parts they typically had in stock). Bentley was professional and happily imparted his extensive roofing knowledge to me. There was a tiny hiccup where one shingle was put back a bit askew, but other than that, I am entirely pleased with their service.
