We recently had our roof repaired by Premier Roofing. Our insurance recommended them so they are who we chose. Cooper Allen was our field agent and the communication was very poor. It took almost a month before we were even scheduled for a repair. During that time we had a leaky hole in our roof that we tried to patch ourselves. The crew came out and did an amazing job on the roof. They cleaned up everything nicely. However the crew left several boxes of shingles on top of our roof and a pile of new materials in our driveway. It has been almost a week and still no one will come and remove the stuff that was left. Cooper replies in a timely manner but nothing really ever seems to get done. I just hear that they are busy. It has been quite frustrating working with this company.

We reached out to Premier Roofing after a hail storm in our area. I was presently surprised when Cooper returned my phone call to set-up an appointment and I remember him saying nothing to worry about and they will take care of everything. During the appointment Cooper answered all my questions and again put me at ease about the process. We started the claim that night and soon after had a Beautiful new roof installed. Thank You Cooper for making this process easy and most of all taking care of everything!

Happy with the service. They put on my roof back in 2016 and I had them replace my roof after the hail storm in Shawnee this time. Cooper Allen was very polite, professional and quick to accommodate our needs. I would recommend this company anytime.

I have used Premier Roofing Company twice, in 2016 and again in 2024. Kikie and Cooper were very helpful in leading me through the insurance process of replacing my roof after the hail storm. The roofers were all courteous and respectful of property. I am very satisfied with the job and will recommend Premier to others who might need the service.

Had an excellent experience with Premier roofing. Cooper and Kikie were extremely helpful and worked around my schedule when the time came for the inspection, and picking out the material. Material was delivered on a Wednesday, and the job was complete on Thursday! Would recommend them to anyone.

Premier Roofing in Kansas City was an exceptional company to deal with! Our rep, Cooper Allan, came the day after the hail storm, then met with our insurance adjuster a few days later, and had our new roof installed the next week. The quality of the roof is top-notch, and the installation was perfect. We highly recommend Premier!!

Multiple leaks after they installed our roof. Fixed roof leaks eventually, but won’t check for mold. No one at the office ever answers the phone. I stupidly went with them after door to door sales person showed up on our porch. Do your research, and avoid a headache like me. Low quality workmanship and definitely not customer focused. They will gladly take your insurance check though.
