They helped with the insurance inspection and claim procedure, kept me informed of any schedule changes (due to weather) and were at the house ready to work when promised. The whole job was completed quickly and professionally complete with a spotless clean up of the job site. Nathan and his crew made this construction project a breeze! I even got a neat little photo album of the progress. The crew was QUICK, efficient, and cleaned up after the project perfectly. Highly recommend.

I called them for a flat roof replacement. They came out looked at job said no problem they do this kinda of work. Have gotten 1 call saying they would be back to do a core sample. That’s been 3 weeka ago. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Artisan roofing was excellent throughout the entire roofing process. Easy to understand proposal. No pressure. Gave us an honest assessment of our roof. Communication with the company was excellent throughout. The finished job was awesome! The crew was friendly, knowledgeable…and did an excellent job. The cleanup was outstanding. They are NOT salesy and never pushed me to choose them. They offered quality advice and then stepped back. Whenever it came time to project milestones, they followed up via phone, text, and email, communicating clearly, confidently, and with utmost professionalism. They even did a conference call with my insurance company to provide input on terms I wasn’t sure how to explain.
